Hi, I'm Kristian, a wife, mother, and birth doula serving Memphis, TN and surrounding areas.
While my greatest joy is found in my roles as a wife and mama, birth work is where my heart is. I’m a certified birth and postpartum doula through BEST Doula Training, based in Olive Branch, MS, and I’m deeply committed to placing Christ at the center of all I do.

I have a special passion for supporting VBAC journeys and walking with mamas who have experienced pregnancy loss: a path I’ve walked myself.
